A: We offer ‘AAA’ beef, aged for tenderness for 21 days, blue ribbon pork, and free-range chicken, all cut to your specifications, blast-frozen, and vacuum sealed for a long lasting quality that will have you asking for seconds.

 

 

Q: How long can your meats last in my freezer?

A: At Fine Foods we cut, blast freeze and vacuum seal all our meats to insure that you receive the longest life span possible for your products with no added chemicals or preservatives. All our vacuum sealed products can last up to 18 months in your freezer with no change in taste or tenderness so you’re not rushed to enjoy our great quality!

 

 

Q: How do I order from Fine Foods?

A: We are a “Direct-to-home” grocery supplier. As such we have grocery consultants who can assist you and your family in your home anywhere in Ontario. We help you to pick and choose the right size plan for you and your needs so you get exactly what you want. Other buy in bulk companies expect you to take a pre-packaged set of cuts whereas we allow you to customize, so you won’t end up paying for item you didn’t want.

Q: What extra costs are there?

A: None. You will never have to pay membership fee or administration fee to receive great value, quality and convenience that is second to none.

 

 

Q: How does Fine Foods compare the larger supermarkets in my area?

A: We’ve cut our expenses great by not trying to be a supermarket. Therefore, we do not have big expensive grocery chains that only increase the price of the item that you currently buy. Large chains must pay for cashiers, overstock, and weekly flyers that all drive up the cost of your groceries. By dealing directly with you, our customer, we greatly reduce our overhead, therefore we can put these kinds of savings directly into your pockets, where they belong!

 

 

Q: Do I have a guarantee?

A: All our products carry our 100% guarantee for quality, freshness and taste. We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with our services.

 

 

Q: What type of groceries do you supply?

A: We provide all name brand groceries like Kelloggs, McCains, Primo, Hunts, Schneiders, and many others to choose from. Unfortunately we cannot carry perishable items such as milk, bread or eggs, although there items are normally on special at your supermarkets to attract you into their stores.

 

 

Q: What payment options do I have?

A: In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, we allow our clients a chance to sample all products for up to 30 days before payment becomes due. At that time, you can either pay in full, or you may make interest-free payments on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis (OAC). All orders paid in full at time of consultation will receive a 5% discount off the total price.

 

 

Q: What if I’m not happy with an item in my plan?

A: Fine Foods will gladly replace or refund any item that does not meet your high standards.
